Jean is currently the Administrative Assistant for Anthony Panos at Performance Training Inc. Ms. Eastman comes to the company with 30 years of teaching experience at an award winning high school of excellence in Connecticut. She was a master teacher for the State of Connecticut student teacher and mentor program. In addition to her teaching career, Ms. Eastman has also run her own private counseling business.

Ms. Eastman holds a Bachelor of Education degree from Plymouth State University and a Master of Science degree from the University of Bridgeport. She also holds a State of Connecticut Counseling Certificate and has completed 6th year graduate work in Administration at Sacred Heart University.
