The LAP is based on The Agile Model, which was derived from multidisciplinary research from the private and public sectors of Total Quality Management, Manufacturing Agility, Confidence, Employee Engagement, Innovation and Predictive Analysis. Academic research from Dr. Lee Dyer (Cornell), Dr. Don Sull (London Business School), Dr. Ed Lawler (USC) and Dr. Yves Doz (INSEAD) provide many of the theoretical underpinnings of the LAP.
