The Personal Directions® program utilizes three diagnostic questionnaires created and developed by MRG: the Individual Directions Inventory (IDI), Appraise Your World (AYW), and World Outcomes. Together these instruments provide individuals with feedback about the areas in which they strive to gain emotional satisfaction, the amount of emphasis and energy they are currently placing in various sectors of their personal world, and how they describe the present status within the personal world they have created.
